Ordering and Processing
It is our mission to ensure that you love our products! Coming all the way from the outer reaches of space, we strive to ensure your goods are of top quality and are shipped safely! Our products are made to order. Once an order is in production, we cannot change it. If you need to fix any details, please contact us within 24 hours of making your order for us to make it right. 

International Customers
We currently ship anywhere within the US and to Canada. It is our goal to eventually ship worldwide, and we will be adding more shipping locations soon! For details on shipping, please see our shipping policy.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Damaged goods / Printing errors
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a printing error or damaged product upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Sending photos of the issue in your contact message is recommended and will help expedite the process.

Lost Packages
Please make sure to contact your local post office beforehand. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there. If it is not present there, please contact us if your package has not shown up within the designated time and it is believed to be lost. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at time of purchase was correct as Interstellar Pop is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.

Refunds
If a return has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
